Shoreview Apartments will be accepting applications for our one, two, three, and four bedroom Section 8 rental units. Some units available for immediate occupancy. Applications will be accepted from September 1st, 2025 at 1:00 pm to September 30th, 2025 at 5:00 pm. An electronic lottery will be held after the application period closes to establish the waiting list order.
Incomplete applications or applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Household members can only appear on one application. If an application contains household members that are on other applications for this listing, all of them will be disqualified. Any fraudulent statements will cause application to be removed from the waiting list.
Although household members can only appear on one application for this listing, applicants are encouraged to also submit applications for Shoreview's sister properties, All Hallows, Bayview, and LaSalle. Rents for this affordable housing program are based on total gross household income. Applicants must be income eligible and meet occupancy guidelines. Households must earn no more than the maximum income levels noted below:

If you wish to download the application to print and fill out, applications will be accepted via leasing office drop-off or by mail to the following address: Shoreview Apartments, 35 Lillian Ct, San Francisco, CA 94124. Paper applications will also be available in our leasing office. Mailed applications must be received, not postmarked, by 5 p.m. on September 30th, 2025. Applications received after this date and time will not be accepted.
